Client Registration

Permanent Personnel attract over 80% of all registrations through referral and recommendation and NEVER headhunt or take CV's from CV databases - which ensures a high standard of applicant at all times and ensures that we will never entice applicants away from your organisation or supply candidates that you could source yourselves. We also take an honest approach and will always let you know if we have a suitable candidate straight away.

We interview all applicants either face-to-face or over the telephone and take our time to find out who they are as well as establish what they can do. All applicants are asked about KPI's, sales ability, success, achievments, activity and personal goals away from work - so that we are able to establish who they really are.
