They are looking for a Branch Manager to start up a new branch opening. They currently recruit for Commercial/PA/Clerical and administrative roles at all salary levels and focus on high margin business as opposed to volume recruiting.

Your will concentrate on generating Commercial business within the local area and will be responsible for developing your own team, implementing effective systems, setting budgets and making sure that you collectively achieve them.

You will be craving autonomy and have the desire to run the branch as if it truly is your own business.
This is a totally hands on role and will need a motivated man-manager who can lead from the front as well as by example. Sales and visits will be part of your weekly remit. You will also have full responsibility for your teams' development, appraisals and any personnel issues that may arise.
You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude. The culture is professional, passionate, enthusiastic, friendly, direct and demanding.

• Proven background either as Team Leader/Branch/Business Manager within recruitment industry
• Tenacious, positive, motivated, resilient and enthusiastic – a true people manager
• Hands on, inspirational motivator with strong commercial acumen
• Full driving licence
