Job Description

They are looking for a Permanent Consultant to work within their successful team. They currently recruit for Commercial/PA/Clerical and administrative roles at all salary levels.  The role will involve actively developing new business as well as ensuring efficient, consistent and continuous servicing of existing business.  You will be given thorough training and ongoing mentoring at every stage of your career.

Sales

  • Developing business relationships through phone and face to face contact
  • Active mailing and direct marketing
  • Networking and advertising in order to attract candidates
  • Promoting the company as required – negotiating terms as necessary

Service

  • Maintaining regular client contact
  • Attendance at client visits and reviews
  • Keeping in touch with candidates on an ongoing basis and fostering strong relationships
  • Develop your desk in to a profitable business

Person Specification

Minimum 12 months experience in a recruitment role

  • Tenacious, positive, motivated, resilient and enthusiastic
  • Strong team player
  • Full driving licence
