Job Description

They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to specialise within the Commercial Temps market. You will be allowed to work autonomously and your duties will include:

Sales:

*Developing new business opportunities by identifying and developing relationships with existing and new clients

*Managing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.

*Proactively promoting candidates through candidate marketing calls and mailshots.

*Enhancing the national and local sales initiatives by ensuring all

appropriate leads are recorded for action in line with the company

business development plan.

Recruitment:

*Preparing and facilitating the ongoing attraction, selection and

recruitment of candidates ensuring an accurate and appropriate

database to meet all client needs.

*Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in line with company standards, ensuring full and comprehensive understanding of their job and career requirements.

Service:

*Obtaining full job specifications and person specifications from clients maximising each opportunity for placements.

*Visiting clients to obtain full job specs and ensure you have a full

understanding of their business needs.

*Effectively matching candidates to vacancies

*Arranging interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing.

*Carrying out post placement checks.

*Regularly reviewing customer satisfaction levels to ensure that they are in line with expectations

 

Skills Required:

To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.

The ability to build professional relationships, discover issues and overcome objections is essential.

Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential A full UK driving license is also necessary.
