* £14,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary

They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work on an Industrial desk. The aim of the role is to place candidates within temporary assignments and to forecast client requirements in order to maximise the sales potential of your desk. You will be concentrating on placing, candidates within manufacturing, production, warehousing and logistics. Your daily duties will include:

·          Advertising, interviewing, testing and referencing

·          Visiting client premises to ensure the environment is suitable for your applicants

·          Sales – both over the telephone and face to face

·          Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets

·          Providing excellent customer services to both candidate and clients at all times.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.

Previous experience within a recruitment environment OR a proven track record within a targeted sales environment is essential as is a full UK driving license.
